Diana Palchik, founding attorney at Palchik Law & Consulting, has been practicing law for over 17 years, focusing on trademarks and commercial transactions. She has served as legal counsel at headquarters of several multinational corporations, including Texas Instruments and Mary Kay and is a former Association of Corporate Counsel chapter director. Before attending law school, Diana earned a business degree in international business with an emphasis on marketing from the top-ranked McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. Diana is a graduate of the executive training program at the headquarters of Foley’s (a large department store chain acquired by Macy’s), where she worked as a business analyst. She is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation--an honor extended to 1/3 of 1% of Texas attorneys each year.
